Free QR Code Generator
Codes never expire. No sign-up. No strings attached.

Bonus unlocked: bold color signs. Try them on the print page
PNG or JPG. It stays on your device.
Higher damage tolerance keeps a scratched or dirty code working, but makes the pattern busier.
Other kinds of codes
Why these codes never expire: what you enter is stored in the pattern itself, not on our servers, so nothing can switch it off. Some generators send your code through their own short link and turn it off when a free trial ends.
How to make a QR code
- Paste a link or type anything in the box. The code updates as you type.
- Open Customize to change colors or add your logo.
- Download it as PNG, SVG or PDF, or print it as a sign.
Questions
Are these QR codes really free?
Yes. Making, downloading and printing codes is free, with no sign-up and no watermark.
Do they expire?
No. What you enter is stored in the pattern itself, so the code keeps working as long as the link or details inside it do.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Open Customize under the code. We raise the damage tolerance automatically so it still scans.
Do you store what I type?
No. Codes are made in your browser. Your recent codes are kept on your own device only.
Can I change a code after printing it, or count its scans?
Not with these codes, because nothing sits between the code and where it points. That's exactly what makes them permanent.
